These issues may entitle you to health fund or Medicare rebates if you are formally referred by a general practitioner. To have access to a Medicare rebate, a referral from a medical practitioner is required, such as one of our general practitioners.
For help with relationships, individual counselling or personal coaching, simply book an appointment at reception or by phoning on (08) 8232 7372.
